Hyundai company needed to equip a training center with a multimedia complex, where the stuff of the authorized dealerships would gain knowledge. In accordance with the draft proposal provided by the Customer, iCore engineers developed the project, chose and installed the equipment, as well as prepared a full package of the executive documentation for the Training Academy multimedia complex.

In compliance with the terms of reference, the premises of the training center are divided into two zones:
• non-technical training / skill training;
• support manning training.
Each of the zones consists of several premises with different functional purpose.
The largest premises - the main showroom - is equipped with a 4.85 × 2.05 meter video wall formed from 55-inch NEC LCD panels (12 pcs.). The premises is also transformed into a conference hall with armchairs, or into an imitation of the showroom of a car dealership. Using the switching arrangement, you can display on the wall educational presentations, videos for students or promotional presentations.
The second 3.1 × 1.75 meter video wall, consisting of 70-inch Sharp panels (4 pcs.) is installed in the Genesis showroom, where presentations as well as trainings for executive sales managers are held. In the Genesis hall a switching arrangement is installed, where you can connect a laptop, a microphone and control the playback of multimedia content on the video wall. Also, the Genesis showroom has a negotiation area.
The sound system is installed in the premises’ ceilings, walls and columns.
In addition to showrooms there are 2 training classes in the training center that can be used both for conducting classes and negotiations, and for video conferencing. As display devices 80-inch NEC panels are used in the offices. Teachers can display on the LCD panels visual and audio content from a laptop through an Extron communication module. In one of the classes an 80-inch Sharp LED touch panel equipped with an intelligent interactive stylus, through which the teacher can give the necessary explanations is used.
Before entering the classes, Samsung LCD screens with a diagonal of 10 inches are installed, where information about the occupancy of the premises, as well as the class schedule are displayed.
Similar information about classrooms is displayed on an interactive multimedia kiosk with an interactive screen with a diagonal of 55 inches, located in the reception area.
The training area for technical personnel consists of two sections. One of them is equipped with lifts and is designed for full-time study. Near each lift an LCD Smart TV with a diagonal of 48 inches is installed. The instructor can display the lesson materials on the screen via a wireless interface, clearly demonstrating the details of the action performed.
The second section of the service area is focused on conducting distance learning using webinars. On this section are installed: stands, car power trains, body parts and mountings, as well as video cameras that allow recording technological operations performed by instructors or organizing an online broadcast.
The customer received a functional and technically balanced multimedia complex for tasks solution, as well as a full set of documentation for all systems. The complex is integrated into the training and business processes of the Training Academy and provides holding face-to-face and distance seminars, as well as conferences, presentations and other events.
