During 2009-2010, RTS Exchange commissioned two new data centers and upgraded one existing data center. The contractor for the design and construction of facilities was iCore.

In addition to the city power grid, a 500 kVA container diesel generator on a mobile platform from F.G. Wilson has been installed to ensure category 1 power supply reliability.
Two modular APC Symmetra PX systems of 160 kW (machine rooms 1 and 3) and 64 kW (machine room 2) provide an uninterrupted power supply.
The cooling system is based on DX systems and precision freon conditioners from HiRef.
Data transfer is provided by the intelligent AMP AMPTRAC cable management system from Tyco Electronics, which monitors the state of communication channels at the physical connection level.
In all rooms and the UPS room, domestically produced automatic gas fire extinguishing systems have been installed in accordance with Russian legislation requirements.
The automated dispatch control system provides monitoring and management of the data center engineering infrastructure. All equipment installed has Modbus and SNMP interfaces for monitoring and management and is connected to Delta Controls controllers. Delta Controls and Sontay sensors are installed to monitor the environment in all machine rooms.
Security alarms and access control are implemented as a part of the automated dispatch control system based on integrated Delta Controls solutions.
The video surveillance system is implemented on the basis of Siemens Building Technologies solutions.
The infrastructure of the data centers not only meets the rigid standards of RTS, but also the requirements of the Ministry of Economic Development and Rostelecom for sites providing governmental services. Compliance has been confirmed by an audit opinion. The quality of iCore’s work was assessed highly by Roman Goryunov, the President of RTS Exchange.
